Southwood Inc. (Headquarters: Tokushima City, Tokushima Prefecture; Representative Director: Tomoki Kurosawa) announces that the manufacturer and distributor of the Butterfly iQ3™, a portable ultrasound imaging device manufactured by Butterfly Network, Inc., USA, has been changed from Premo Partner Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Chuo City, Tokyo) to Southwood Inc.

Premo Partner Co., Ltd. obtained Class II medical device certification for the Butterfly iQ3™ in Japan and had been manufacturing and distributing the product domestically. Southwood has served as an authorized distributor of the Butterfly iQ3™ since September 1, 2025.

As the new manufacturer and distributor, Southwood will continue to provide safe and reliable medical devices while contributing to greater efficiency and improved quality in healthcare settings.
